The purpose of the communication protocol is to view some parameters of the battery, such as voltage and current, and the remaining capacity. However, the communication protocol has some shortcomings, such as:
1) When you purchase inverters and batteries from different suppliers, it will be troublesome to debug the code
2) If you want to use our inverter to reach a communication protocol, you need to download an app, but you need to send us your registered user name and password. We will help you register, and then you can use the app normally. But if we have Bluetooth on the battery, you can download and register the app completely
2.Introduction to Bluetooth functions
An important component of the battery is the BMS. We have held a technical research meeting with the BMS manufacturer. The BMS can add the Bluetooth function. At the same time, BMS will provide you with a QR code. By scanning the QR code, you can download an app. At this point, you can watch the battery in real time through the mobile app, with details of each battery. We have experimented on existing batteries, as shown in the figure
I asked the R&D department carefully. I could see the battery information in the communication protocol and the Bluetooth function. But for more detailed departments, such as temperature, the Bluetooth function allows you to know "ambient temperature, MOS temperature, and voltage information of each battery" anytime and anywhere
There is a screen on the inverter. When there is no communication with the battery, the screen can display the basic information of the battery, such as voltage, working current and capacity. If communication is reached with the battery, more accurate information can be displayed on the screen.
If you use the Bluetooth function, this function cannot be connected to the inverter. Its function is to see the accurate information on the downloaded mobile app. The inverter screen will still display basic information parameters, such as voltage, working current and capacity.
In short, the communication protocol can let you know the precise battery information on the inverter screen, while the Bluetooth function can let you know the precise battery information on the mobile phone app
